I cannot say enough good things about Marlon and his team! After he completed new sod, new patio and overhauling our very old sprinkler system, we were so happy with the work, we kept looking for projects for him to do. So we also hired him to do a custom fire pit and then a back patiodrainage project. It’s been almost a year, and everything has withstood the Texas weather. We have had several great experiences with Marlon Sorto and his crew on our home built in 1957. They have analyzed and built a  drainage system to avoid water issues we had in our pier and beam foundation, including installing electric pumps in our yard for times when a large volume of water needs to be moved to the street sewer; excavated the extra soil from the foundation area; reviewed our entire foundation system and made recommendations for repairs to subpar areas; repaired beams/joists which had dry rot and added new subfloors in bathrooms; did other general construction matters for us and referred a great tile team to us.
